Setting up your account
In order to better serve you, we have set up a system to gather important information about our customers. This information will be used by only Kern EDM Supplies better and will not be distributed.
To set up an account, simply click on CREATE ACCOUNT from the left and fill out the fields with the appropriate information. Kern will supply you with an account # when your account has been approved.
When you go to the checkout you will be given the option of logging in before proceeding. If you choose to log in, you will be asked for your name and password. All of your customer information will then be displayed and you may alter it before submitting your order.
All of your customer information is submitted through a secure connection.
Shopping
To order products from kernedm.com, you may click on the WEBSPECIALS link that is to the left to view a complete listing of the products available online. You may also do a search from the main page. Both methods will bring you to a page that lists products and gives you the option to order.
To add an item, fill in the amount that you want of that product in the Qty. box and then click on the "Add" button. You will then see a page confirming that the product has been added to your order, also referred to as your cart. From this point you may add more items, proceed to checkout, or clear your cart.
Checkout
At the checkout screen you will have the option to login. If you choose this option, your customer information will be generated so that you won't have to enter it in again.
If you haven't created an online account or you do not wish to create an online account, you will be required to enter necessary data on your own.
All information given during the checkout is passed through a secure connection.
